Rebecca has worked in education admin for the last 25 years, in all phases from University to Primary School, eventually working as a School Business Manager. During her time working in schools Rebecca was trained in all aspects of safer recruitment and safeguarding. Rebecca is a trained Safeguarding Instructor with NUCO.  In 2018 Rebecca started an online teaching company operating mainly in Beijing, which she still runs today with the help of her husband Nick, who joined the business in 2021.  With a wealth of experience between them and with the recent success and experience in Beijing, Rebecca and Nick hope to replicate this success across the whole of China, the UK and rest of the world with Teach In Time.

"When I set up the teaching business in China, my plan was very simple:

•         To make learning fun, engaging and straightforward. 

•         To create lessons that students would enjoy

•         To work with experienced QTS teachers who want to work with me

•         To allow teachers to teach, and students to learn

I have learnt so much about online education in the last six years, and the benefits it brings to students and teachers alike."

Lillie’s journey in education began with a profound love for teaching, influencing her decision to complete an Undergraduate degree in Education Studies and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, earning Qualified Teacher Status. After gaining a wealth of experience as a class teacher in the primary sector, Lillie began teaching online for Rebecca. Lillie quickly discovered how online education empowers both teachers and students to reach their full potential, and has never looked back.
